The guide sleeve should be replaced. If possible, even the hydraulic crushing hammer piston should be replaced.

The crushing hammer cannot be struck when it is crushed to death, but it can be struck when it is lifted a little. The cause of this situation may be the wear of the inner sleeve, which needs to be checked and replaced.

There may also be improper replacement of the bushing, the crushing hammer in the replacement of the bushing, the failure to stop working, pressure does not strike, slightly lifted after the action of the strike.After the replacement of the bushing, the position of the hydraulic crushing hammer piston should be closer, resulting in some small directional control valve in the cylinder block oil circuit has been closed at the starting position, and the directional valve stops working, causing the crushing hammer to stop working.Need to adjust and replace the original or normal bushing.
