1. Pad type
The adjusting pad is generally located behind the toggle seat in the adjusting seat. When the discharge port needs to be adjusted, the number of backing plates can be increased or decreased, and the total thickness of the backing plates can be changed, so that the front and back positions of the toggle plates are changed, and the front and back positions of the lower part of the movable jaw can be moved to realize the change in the size of the discharge port.

By changing the relative position of the two wedge blocks, the total thickness of the wedge block pair can be changed, so that the front and back positions of the brackets can occur. The mechanical adjustment method is that the movement of the wedge block is realized by manually rotating the adjustment screw. The adjusting screw is located on both sides of the crusher. One end of the adjusting screw is connected with the wedge block through a pin shaft, and is installed on both sides of the side plate of the crusher frame by means of adjusting nuts and supports. When you need to adjust the discharge opening, use a wrench to turn the screw on both sides of the frame to pull the wedge block, change the relative position of the two wedge blocks, and then change the total thickness of the wedge block to achieve the purpose of adjusting the size of the discharge opening.
