Connect, the “0″ port is connected with the main engine oil return line.

9. The best hydraulic oil temperature when the hydraulic breaker is running is 50-60 degrees, and the height cannot be higher than 80 degrees. Otherwise, the load of the hydraulic breaker should be reduced.

10. The operating material used by the hydraulic breaker can usually be the same as the oil used in the main engine’s hydraulic transmission system. Generally, YB-N46 or YB-N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used in areas, and YC-N46 or YC-N68 low-temperature hydraulic oil is used in severe cold areas. The filtering accuracy of hydraulic oil is not less than 50μm.

11. The new and repaired hydraulic breaker is refilled with nitrogen during operation, and its pressure is 2.5, ±0.5MPa.

12. The shaft of the drill rod and the guide sleeve of the cylinder block are lubricated with calcium-based grease or compound calcium-based grease, and one refill for each shift.
