1, Rated effective traction:

Since the ripper is generally installed on the tail of the bulldozer, the rated effective traction of the ripper depends on the use quality of the bulldozer and the reaction force of the soil to the support angle of the ripper during work. When the ripper support angle is filled with soil, the reaction force is upward, which will increase the adhesion quality of the whole machine; when the ripper support angle is working normally, the reaction force is downward, which reduces the adhesion quality of the whole machine.

3, The length of the ripper:

The installation position of the supporting angle is too close to the car body, which may cause large pieces of soil or stones stripped by the ripper to get stuck between the supporting angle and the crawler, causing damage to the vehicle; if it is too far away from the car body, it is easy to be in the process of supporting the angle. Lifting the car body off the ground reduces the maximum pressure of the ripper, the adhesion and traction of the vehicle, and reduces the ripper performance of the vehicle.

4, Lifting height of ripper:

The lifting height of the ripper mainly affects the passability of the vehicle. Generally speaking, when the support angle of the ripper is raised to the maximum height, the departure angle is required to be greater than 20 degrees. The design can be based on the maximum lifting height of the ripper being greater than the minimum ground clearance of the bulldozer.

Parameter design of the supporting angle of the ripper

The supporting angle is the main bearing part of the loosening operation load, and its strength and related parameters have a greater impact on the loosening performance of the ripper.
